Our story
Founded by CA Regi Tom Antony, the practice serves Indian founders, NRIs and foreign companies entering India. The founding partner previously had prior experience at a Big 4 firm before starting the practice — stated here as background, not as a claim of ongoing affiliation.
What we specialise in
Cross-border tax, NRI advisory, FEMA and inbound investment structuring are core to our practice — not add-ons. We stay close to founders, family offices and CFO teams and own the compliance calendar with them.

CA Regi Tom Antony is the founding partner of Regi Tom Antony & Associates. His work spans company formation, FEMA, GST, statutory and tax audit, transaction advisory and Virtual CFO engagements for Indian and international clients.
