India Entry Consulting Services

One partner from strategy to steady state. We advise foreign companies and NRIs on how to enter India — then execute the incorporation, FEMA, tax and compliance so you don’t juggle five vendors.

In short: India Entry Advisory provides end-to-end India entry consulting: market-entry strategy and entity selection, company incorporation (wholly owned subsidiary, joint venture, LLP or branch/liaison office), FDI and FEMA compliance (FC-GPR, valuations), tax structuring, and ongoing post-entry accounting, payroll and audit — delivered by Chartered Accountants (Regi Tom Antony & Associates). One team, from first plan to running operation.

Who we help

Why India Entry Advisory

Chartered-Accountant-led, with a single point of contact and a delivery network spanning SME Advisory, Regi Tom Antony & Associates and NRI Blueprint. You get strategy, execution and ongoing compliance under one roof — not a stitched-together vendor chain.

What a typical engagement looks like

Most engagements begin with a scoping call to understand the parent's business model, target customers in India and timeline. We then confirm whether the activity falls under the automatic or government route of the FDI Policy and the FEMA (Non-Debt Instruments) Rules, 2019, and recommend an entity — usually a wholly owned private limited subsidiary, sometimes a branch, liaison or project office, or an LLP where the sector permits.

Next comes incorporation with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs through SPICe+, PAN, TAN and GST registration, bank account opening, share-capital remittance and the FC-GPR filing within 30 days of allotment. After go-live we take over the recurring calendar: TDS returns, GST returns, statutory audit, AOC-4 and MGT-7 with the RoC, the income-tax return with Form 3CEB for related-party transactions, and the annual FLA return to the RBI. You receive one fixed-fee proposal covering each phase, so costs are known before work starts.

Frequently asked questions

What does an India entry consultant do?
An India entry consultant helps a foreign company or NRI choose the right entry structure, navigate FDI and FEMA, incorporate the entity, and set up tax and compliance — ideally executing all of it, not just advising. We do both.
Do you handle both the setup and the ongoing compliance?
Yes. We run the full lifecycle — strategy, incorporation, FEMA reporting, then ongoing accounting, GST, payroll, audit and ROC compliance — so you deal with one team.
Can you help with strategy before we commit to India?
Yes. We start with a scoping engagement on entry mode, FDI route, location and cost, so you can decide with a clear plan before incorporating.
Who do you work with?
Foreign companies, foreign individual founders and NRIs — from first-time entrants to existing subsidiaries scaling up across sectors like SaaS/IT, manufacturing, fintech and pharma.
