Audit & Assurance

Statutory audit under the Companies Act, tax audit under Section 44AB and GST audit engagements are signed off by our audit partner firm.

Regi Tom Antony & Associates, Chartered Accountants is the audit partner firm backing India Entry Advisory. They handle statutory, tax and internal audits for Indian companies, LLPs and foreign-parent subsidiaries.

When we set up your Indian entity, we introduce you directly to their audit team so your first-year audit and ROC filings are planned into the compliance calendar from day one.

For a foreign-parent subsidiary the annual stack usually runs: statutory audit under the Companies Act, 2013; tax audit under Section 44AB of the Income-tax Act, 1961 where turnover crosses the prescribed threshold; transfer pricing documentation and an accountant’s report in Form 3CEB for international transactions with associated enterprises under Sections 92 to 92F; ROC filings in AOC-4 and MGT-7; and the RBI filings — FC-GPR within 30 days of allotment and the annual FLA return by 15 July (position as of 2026).

The full month-by-month view is on our annual compliance calendar for a foreign subsidiary in India. Cross-border payments audited each year also need withholding tax on foreign remittances handled correctly under Section 195, and ongoing reporting discipline is easiest with a virtual CFO in place.
